On Nov 20, witnessed by leaders from China and Zambia, Chen Xiaodong, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, and Ambrose Lwiji Lufuma, Zambia's defense minister, signed in Lusaka an exchange of notes on a China-aided project of building corn flour processing plants in Zambia.
China also announced a series of development cooperation initiatives, including providing grant aid to Zambia.
