CIDCA vice-chairman meets with Rwandan minister of state for resource mobilization and public investment

Hu Zhangliang, vice-chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, met with Tesi Rusagara, minister of state for resource mobilization and public investment of the Rwandan Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, in Beijing on June 27. Rusagara is in China to attend the 10th Annual Meeting of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank  Board of Governors.

The two sides held in-depth exchanges on implementing the outcomes of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, as well as advancing bilateral development cooperation.
